Policies....we gotta
have them. This is
the spot where you
can find out about
the do's and don'ts
for classes and the
store.
*Classes are non-refundable.

*Classes MUST be paid for in advance in order to reserve your spot.  
You can pay over the phone by
credit card if you can't make it in to the shop.
 If can't make it to class, call us to reschedule.  If you do not
call us, you will forfeit your class fee--no exceptions.
You must take a class within 30 days from your
original class or you will forfeit the class fee.

*Classes do not include materials unless otherwise noted.  

*The class fee for all classes are $22.00 unless otherwise noted.  The class will include printed instructions
and weaving/stringing materials.  You will also have the use of our tools in class.

*Please have your materials BEFORE class.  If you need some help picking out your colors, just ask.

*Classes will start at their appointed time.  If you cannot make it to class on time, please call us to reschedule.  

*Please understand if we need to cancel a class.  This won't happen often, but if it does (foul weather, the flu)
we will reschedule you to another class or refund your class fee or apply it to a store purchase (cannot be
applied toward the purchase of a gift certificate).

*Please limit cell phone use in class.  

*Feel free to bring along snacks and something to drink....dry mouths and empty bellies are no fun.

*Most importantly......

**Effective April 1, 2009 for Designers that have a resale certificate for their JEWELRY BUSINESS:  
You can now receive 15% off your purchase of $25 or more.  We will require a copy of your
certificate (we can make one in the shop) to keep on file. (this makes the IRS happy)  We have the
right to exclude items from this discount.  Any sale items will not receive an additional discount.  
Class fees will NOT be discounted.  

*We accept most returns for store credit.
(We are very reasonable gals.)

*We accept defective (not damaged by you) merchandise for refund.
(If it doesn't work, it's no good to anyone.)

*There is a return check fee of $30.00 if a check is returned.

*Please make sure that you write down all of the item numbers for loose items that do not have a
tag to take before coming up to the register....it saves time especially when there are many people
in line.

*We LOVE kids, but it is YOUR responsibility to keep an eye on them in the shop.  Please don't allow them
to climb under the tables (for their safety) and grab/shake the beads (many of them are glass and
they can break).
 If something gets broken, it is your responsibility.

*If your child uses the Kid's Room, please help them clean up their mess.

*Please limit cell phone use in the shop.  It can be distracting to your fellow beaders and we want the
shopping experience to be enjoyable for everyone.

*Please understand if we have to cut a conversation short.  We LOVE to find out about you and what you've
been up to, but if it gets crazy busy then we have help your fellow beaders too!

*We will do special orders, but we WILL require a
pre-payment.  If you special order an item, you have to
purchase the entire amount and it cannot be exchanged or returned.
(We don't want to be stuck with 300 toad beads.)

*We want to make you happy.
(If we can make your shopping experience better, please let us know.)

*We will not tolerate shoplifting.
(We will prosecute shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law.)

*We are glad to help with design and technique.
(But when there are 20 other people in the shop, it's not a good time.)
